Stockholm - Day Three

Just got back from Paris last night and here i am, sitting in theBF's hall room in Linkoping, sad at the fact that it's my final night of my short Europe trip =( How time flies when you are enjoying yourself eh? Once im home, i'll have 2 days to repack my luggage and off i go again to somewhere i don't really fancy =/

Ok, enough of sidetracking. Time to blog about Day 3 in Stockholm!

First stop, Skyview, Stockholm Globe Arena

Yes, we saw Stockholm from a moving capsule!! How exciting!!!

In the moving capsule, slowly making its way upwards!

More dog-spotting on our way to the next attraction! The Dachshund is so cute pls.

What a sight at Drottningholm Palace =)

Taking a long stroll inside the Palace Garden. The place is huge by the way.

One of the architecture within the garden (told you it's huge!! =P) lies the Chinese Pavillion.

Since our Stockholm card was going to be terminated in 2 hours by the time we left the palace, we rushed back to The Royal Palace (Stockholms slott) just in time for the guard-changing ceremony!

Yes, in case you haven't noticed, Stockholm is filled with palaces and museums. hahaha.

Spotted: Female guards!!

Photography is prohibited in all palaces hence the lack of pictures but it's pretty interesting on the inside with their exquisite wall paintings, sculptures and wall carvings although after a while, it all becomes a blur because there are simply too many to look at. haha.

Late lunch at our fave steakhouse (just because it's cheap. muahaha)

Steak for me again!! =) This time round, i ordered a different cut which was slightly pricier but DEFINITELY tastier ;)

And chicken for theBF.

Did some last minute souvenir shopping and came across this candy shop selling twirly-looking sweets. THEY WERE THE BOMB =D

And ending this post with a random riot on the streets! I only understood the word "Capitalism" so i have no idea what it was all about =/

That sums up my short Stockholm stay in Sweden!! We left for Linkoping, Sweden in the early evening so i guess i'll blog about my (homecooked) food adventures and IKEA (yes meatballs!!!!!!!!) in my next post before moving on to Paris ;)

Until next time!!
