It's a Mussels Saturday for me as i dined at Brussels Sprouts, Robertson Quay with theBF and his buddies! Best place to OD on mussels and beer, and to spend your weekend just chilling =D
So many serving styles we were spoilt for choices! In the end, we ordered Ostendaise (lobster bisque), Chilli (chilli crab-style!), Vin Blanc (white wine) and Black Pepper in their main sizes of 750g per pot. Yup, when you dine with 3 other men, you order enough to feed a dozen women. HAHA.

I tried taking pictures of all 4 pots of mussels but erm, they all kinda looked the same?! haha. So here's just one pic of how the mussels looked like in the pot ;)
Comes with free flow fries =) They go well with the chilli crab paste, much like how we eat our man-tou dipped in chilli crab sauce!! =D
Go before 8pm to enjoy their Happy Hour alcohol promotion: 25% off their regular prices =) It's also good to go early because it starts to get crowded past 7pm so unless you made reservations, it's going to be hard to find seats thereafter.

Out of the 4 pots we ordered, Chilli and Black Pepper tasted the best with their distinctive flavors. The wine taste was a tad too strong to my liking for the pot of Vin Blanc mussels =( Can't wait to try their other sauces next time (when i save more money because it is actually quite pricey >.<)
