Taking a break from blogging about my Korea trip so here's pictures from Jie's solemnisation ceremony that day, which i was the "official" photographer ;) Let's just say my photoshop skills kinda suck. haha.
Pre-ceremony when she was home doing her makeup. Love her new bed frame!! So nonya-looking eh!
The bride in her sexy white gown!
And my favorite photo that afternoon before we set off to Shin Yeh restaurant, Liang Court, where the ceremony & dinner took place =) So lovey-dovey, i like!
And if you think Jie and Lee are natural "models", you are wrong. Half the time, the photos turn out like this:
LOL. The couple couldn't stop laughing (out loud) when i force them to pose for the photos -_-" Wonder how they will survive the official wedding shoot in months to come. haha.
Me and the gorgeous bride =)
On the way to the restaurant...
And the hugging, greetings and laughter began!
The thing about holding a solemnisation ceremony at this restaurant is that the ceremony is done at a table placed beside the main entrance of the restaurant so basically, even strangers standing right outside the restaurant can view the ongoing process. Really weird in my opinion *shrugs*
Exchanging of vows...
Exchanging of wedding bands...
And THE KISS :D
I shall not bore you with pics taken at each table so just some highlights of the dinner and post-dinner!
Overwhelmed with emotions by the end of the event because i was actually the one who encouraged Jie to take that leap of faith in this relationship at the point of time when she has given up on love. It's funny how she actually took the advice of her "xiao meimei" and how Lee and her ended up as husband and wife.
I told her that day "这么熟了,我就不需要祝你一些有的没的了.因为你一定会幸福的"
=)
That's all folks! Until next time~

ReplyDeleteWow, this wedding was superb. Well, I am also going to get married at the best San Francisco venues. Could you please share some funky wedding themes? I have gathered a couple of ideas but need some more.
