Moroccan cuisine, anyone?

After Shaun's repetitive complaints that we have not been meeting up with him, Nisha finally organised an outing with our dear STYLE mag intern (aka sai kang warrior =P) Headed to this quaint moroccan cafe, Deli Moroccan, near Arab street and boy, i was excited because i've never eaten moroccan cuisine before!! Even the word "Moroccan" sounds so.....hmm...exotic. HAHA.

i HATE anything with mint inside so i hated Nisha's moroccan tea, no doubt =X Glad i bought my milk tea before dinner! Shaun was holding to a milk tea with 0% sugar fyi. No, it's not a typo error, it's truly SUGAR-LESS. (Shuhui, beat that! HAHAHAHAHA.) My very healthy friend indeed. hahahaha.

OUR DINNER:

Grilled Chicken with Tomato Salad

Mixed Grill (Chicken & Beef) with Tomato Salad

Pita Bread

Overall, dinner was pretty tasty! I love kebabs and whatnot, so i guess the strong-flavored Moroccan cuisine suits my taste buds perfectly. According to N, the pita bread would have tasted better with hummus. Unfortunately, the cafe ran out of it. Pricing-wise, we only paid around $7 per pax for 3 plates of grills and pita bread so i'll did say it's well-worth the ker-chings!

Window-shopping at Haji Lane...

And camwhoring at Raffles Hotel with their pretty Xmas decorations!!

Okie dokie, that's all for now!!
