Met up with Sally for her belated birthday celebrations since SH and i were so caught up with exams on the actual day of her birthday and we met at Orchard Ion with plans to get her birthday present at Sephora M.A.C! I was HORRIBLY late that day as i was stuck at my supplier settling stuff so i had to treat them (expensive) bubble tea!!! haha.
I was intrigued by the variety of flavours Happy Lemon offers! Was SOOOOO tempted to their their GREEN TEA with ROCK SUGAR & CHEESE (yes, C.h.e.e.s.e) but I chickened out at the very last minute and ordered Pearl Milk Tea instead. So much for wanting to be adventurous -__-"

Our verdict? My milk tea tasted wayyyy too milky to my liking =( But if you like Gongcha, i think it'll did taste good to you? And the small pearls could be sweeter too. As for SH's Grapefruit tea with aloe, it was a pretty refreshing drink that comes with a slightly bitter aftertaste.
Our favorite has got to be the BLUEBERRY MAGIC BURST!! Apparently, this drink was recommended by 8Days (when avid reader like Sally says so, it got to be true. LOL) and it was REALLY YUMMY!! There were some white pearl-like thingy added to it and upon biting, gives a small "pop" sound! That's why they called it magic BURST!!! The pearl-like thingy tasted like yakult btw. I should have just listened to Sally and ordered that too. Bah. next time i guess?

They will be launched at the FLASHBANG flea market this coming Saturday at Singapore Flyer first so do come down (1pm to 9pm) if you are free? I've got many many discounted items up for sale that day too! =)
