Ambush

After surviving 2 overnight lab sessions that nearly killed me, I'M FINALLY READY FOR MY PRE-HALLOWEEN SLEEPOVER AT WANDERLUST TOMORROW!! =)

Before pictures start accumulating, here's a short entry on my recent gathering with Mich and Shuhui because we went to this awesome pasta place!

AMBUSH, Takashimaya Basement 1

This is actually Sally's favorite pasta place but she couldn't make it due to a last-minute test =( 

Handed SH her belated birthday gift while waiting for food. Seriously, it's not good having blogshop owners as your friends because you will end up receiving presents in this:

LOL. See, either brown envelope or present wrapped with brown paper. Pick one. HAHA. ops.

We bought her Megaholic Rubber Mascara!!

Sidetracking, THIS MASCARA IS BEYOND AWESOME (to me) because it's smudge-proof since it makes use of RUBBER fibres for volumising and lengthening purposes. My model Su recommended it to me once on our way to a photoshoot and i decided to grab one recently from Sasa. For someone who don mascara over long hours due to lab, it's a life-saver. hehe. Now available at Watson's too ;)

Okok, back to our meal. Here's what we had:

My Seafood Spaghetti (Rich tomato flavor and generous portion of seafood *Thumbs up!)

Prawn Fritters Spaghetti

Cream-based Babyclams Spaghetti

Everyone was happy with our food and with prices kept affordable, i say this is a good place for fuss-free and good italian food!! The next time, i shall try their Paella which they are supposedly pretty famous for!

Ending off this entry with the Sea Salt Caramel Cheesecake from Marmalade Pantry, Ion Orchard! 

To be honest, i am never a fan of their main courses and drinks (we had 2 drinks ordered but from the lack of photos, you can see how much they disappoint :/) but this cheesecake is worth trying if you are there!! Not to mention how sinful each mouthful is! hehehe.

Off to pack my "luggage" for tomorrow's party~~
